The six big ones.

  • There is no account. How do I keep my progress?

    Your save lives in the app on your phone or tablet. It stays through updates.

    It is lost if you delete the app. If your phone backs up apps (iCloud on iPhone and iPad, Google backup on Android), restoring that backup can bring it back, including on a new phone.

    With no account, there is nothing for us to look up. If the save and the backup are both gone, we cannot bring the progress back. What lasts (No Ads, looks, a Star Pass with time left) comes back with Restore purchases, in the shop or in Settings.

  • How do I delete my data?

    • On your phone: delete the app. The save goes with it. If your phone backs up apps, remove the app's backup there too.
    • On our servers: email privacy@modernerabrands.com with your player id. It is at the bottom of Settings.

    We delete every row with that id: your player record, leaderboard entries, crew and league places, duels, inbox items and award notes. We tell you when it is done. We never ask for anything else.

    There is no delete button in the game yet, so for now it is an email.

  • Is anything in the shop random?

    Yes, two things. Both show their odds before you pay, and nothing random can be traded or turned into money.

    • Mystery Box. Stardust, power-ups or something for the Cubby, and every box pays something. The odds are on its card: 150 Stardust (30%), 400 Stardust (22%), Something new for the Cubby (15%), 2 power-ups (18%), 900 Stardust (9%), 5 power-ups (4.5%), 3,000 Stardust and 3 power-ups (1.5%). A free box is ready every 8 hours.
    • One Crank. One crank of the Humlet Machine: a random Humlet you do not have yet, never a repeat. The odds are on the Machine screen: Common 60%, Rare 26%, Epic 11%, Cosmic 3%.

    The Machine also cranks for Stardust you win by playing, and sometimes for a free crank from the free gift. Stardust you buy spends on everything else, not the Machine.

  • Is it safe for my kid?

    • Nowhere to type, nobody to talk to. No chat, no messages, no names to choose, no photos. Names are made from a word list.
    • No account and no personal information. No email, no password, no birthday, no location.
    • Ads only when they choose. A reward video, only from a pause or between runs, never personalized, at most three rewards a day.
    • Two purchases are random. The Mystery Box and One Crank, with odds shown. Turn on Ask to Buy (Apple) or purchase approval (Google) so every purchase needs you.
    • Nothing is destroyed. Two Humlets hug and become the next one, who remembers both. Never eaten, never crushed.
    • No shame for stopping. A missed day pauses a streak. It never resets it.

    The game has not been rated yet. We will list its ratings here when it is.

  • How do refunds work?

    Apple or Google took the payment, so they handle the refund:

    • Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, or Purchase History in your Apple Account, and choose Request a Refund. Apple decides.
    • Google Play: request it from your order history in Google Play. Google decides.
    • In the EU and the UK: you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase until it is delivered. Ask the store first.

    If a refund covers No Ads or a Star Pass, it switches off in the game. A refund never takes away Stardust you won by playing or Humlets you have found.

    A purchase that never arrived is a bug, not a refund. Open the game again, since it checks for missing purchases when it starts. Still missing? Tell us.

  • What happens if I miss a day?

    Your streak pauses. Come back and it carries on from where it was.

  • Does it work offline?Yes. Leaderboards, crews, leagues and duels need signal. Scores wait and post when you have it.
  • Are there ads?One before your first play of the day, and one before your first free play. Everything else is a reward video you choose. No Ads removes the daily one.
  • Why can I not choose my own name?There is nowhere to type, which keeps strangers from writing anything to a child. Tap for a new name in Settings as often as you like, and undo it.
  • Can I tell the Humlets apart without colour?Yes. Each has its own size, shape and face. Settings can also put a number on each one.
  • Motion makes me ill.Turn on reduced motion in Settings, or in your device settings. It stops drift, shake and flying pieces.
  • Can I play with the sound off?Yes. Sound, music and haptics each have their own switch in Settings.
  • Something is broken.Tell us at planetplink@modernerabrands.com. Say what you were doing, which device, and the player id from the bottom of Settings.
